Welcome! I’m Taylor, a mama and a pediatric speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping parents promote speech and language development through play. On this blog, I provide simple and effective strategies that parents can use to help their children develop these essential skills.

I have been a pediatric speech-language pathologist for 8 years, working in a variety of settings. Over the years, I have realized that there isn't enough information available for parents about the development of speech and language skills. After becoming a mama myself a year ago, I became even more motivated to help other parents learn how their daily play and interactions with their children can promote speech and language development.
